Gateway Loop; McDowell Sonoran Preserve, December 28, 2017 GPS Map

Thanks to my daughter Beatrix for hiking with me today!

In Scottsdale they really now how to provide trailheads. Everything is first class. Quite a contrast to the east valley, where most of the trailheads are primitive, unmarked, have parking for a few cars and nothing else. So of course I wanted to go back.

We met hundreds of hikers all up and down the trail. Such a nice day!
