Sunrise on the Rabbit Trail; Mesa, July 11, 2020 Map

Being a natural early bird, I started walking before 4:00 in the morning. It was already hot. The rabbit trail in east Mesa goes under a power line for several miles. I walked south on 64th Street and then west on the rabbit trail to 54th Street.

Outbound, I had the sidewalk and the trail to myself. Street lights lit the way on the sidewalk, but the rabbit trail was considerably darker. I have night vision and a half moon overhead, plus occasional lights. That helped.

On my return I started meeting people who were up at this ungodly hour.
